**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality History lessons in line with the curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/IB/State Board).
- Develop lesson plans, assessment tools, and teaching resources that cater to a variety of learning styles.
- Prepare students for internal and external examinations with a focus on academic excellence.
- Encourage critical thinking, debate, and discussions in the classroom to enhance historical understanding.
- Assess student progress regularly through tests, assignments, and projects.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and feedback.
- Organize and participate in school events, history exhibitions, field trips, and enrichment activities.
- Provide guidance and support to students for history-related competitions and Olympiads.
- Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and the academic leadership team for the overall development of students.
- Engage in continuous professional development and attend training/workshops as required.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Master's degree in History from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory).
- Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level preferred.
- Strong command of the English language (spoken and written).
- Proficient in using digital tools and online teaching platforms (Google Classroom, MS Teams, etc.).

- In-depth knowledge of historical concepts and curriculum standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong classroom management abilities.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Empathy, patience, and a passion for teaching.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in teaching History for competitive exams like CUET/UPSC foundation would be a plus.
- Familiarity with NEP 2020 guidelines and modern pedagogical approaches.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
