**Technical Requirements**:

- Experience testing apex/triggers/process builder flows/approvals/workflows/visualforce and lightning components on salesforce platform
- Ability to interface well with cross-functional teammates.
- Strong verbal and written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Strong collaboration skills within a global workforce.
- Agile project delivery experience is a must have
- Strong Integrations testing experience
- Experience of Performance testing manually as well as utilizing automated testing tools

**Other Requirements**:

- Development of test approaches or strategies for projects
- Hands on experience with manual testing
- Reviewing and assessing Requirements and Design documents
- Determining testing scope appropriate to project
- Assessing and communicating Risk to schedule, cost, or quality on projects
- Preparing and managing the detailed project testing schedule
- Preparing and facilitating the creation and utilization of test plans
- Knowledge and experience in use of automated testing tools like Selenium, and other standard QA tools
- Tracking and Managing defects through resolution using an internally used Agile tool
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Ability to effectively manage 3-6 projects in various stages at the same time
- Ability to react to changing project plans and come up with creative alternatives
- Ability to work in a collaborative “team-oriented” environment
- Ability to prepare and present project test status reports to management
