The PTE Trainer is responsible for the development and implementation of lesson plans that cater to diverse students' needs, ensuring that learners are well-prepared to achieve their desired scores. Effective collaboration with educational personnel and providing feedback to learners is essential for fostering a supportive educational community. **Key Responsibilities**
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to PTE exam content.
- Conduct regular assessment of students’ skills and progress.
- Provide feedback and guidance to help students improve their performance.
- Offer tailored coaching for speaking, writing, listening, and reading sections of the PTE.
- Stay updated with changes in PTE testing formats and criteria.
- Facilitate practice exams to familiarize students with the test structure.
- Encourage active participation and engagement from all students.
- Use multimedia and technology to enhance the learning experience.
- Establish a nurturing and positive classroom environment.
- Monitor student attendance and participation.”
- Provide motivational support to help students overcome test anxiety.
- Collaborate with other faculty to ensure a comprehensive learning experience.
- Prepare and maintain records of students' progress and performance.
- Participate in professional development and training workshops.
- Engage in regular communication with students and parents to discuss progress.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract students.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Proficient in English and ideally one other language.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an English language trainer or PTE trainer.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
