**Overview**

The PTE Trainer plays a vital role in equipping students with the skills necessary to excel in the Pearson Test of English (PTE). This position involves creating an engaging learning environment that emphasizes student-centered instruction and continuous performance improvement. The PTE Trainer is responsible for the development and implementation of lesson plans that cater to diverse students' needs, ensuring that learners are well-prepared to achieve their desired scores. Additionally, trainers must keep abreast of updates to the PTE format and guidelines, making necessary adjustments to their teaching methodologies. Effective collaboration with educational personnel and providing feedback to learners is essential for fostering a supportive educational community. **Key Responsibilities**
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to PTE exam content.
- Conduct regular assessment of students’ skills and progress.
- Provide feedback and guidance to help students improve their performance.
- Offer tailored coaching for speaking, writing, listening, and reading sections of the PTE.
- Stay updated with changes in PTE testing formats and criteria.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Proficient in English and ideally one other language.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an English language trainer or PTE trainer.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
