**Machine Setup**:

- Load raw materials onto the VMC machine according to job specifications.
- Select and set up appropriate cutting tools based on the machining operations required.
- Position workpieces using fixtures and accurately set machine offsets.
- **Program Execution**:

- Load and run pre-written CNC programs to execute machining operations like drilling, milling, and cutting.
- Understand and interpret CNC programs, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired results.
- **Machine Operation**:

- Monitor the machining process, adjusting machine parameters like feed rate, speed, and coolant flow as necessary.
- Identify and troubleshoot any machine malfunctions or programming errors.
- **Quality Control**:

- Regularly inspect machined parts using precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances against blueprints.
- Identify and address any quality issues during production.
- **Maintenance**:

- Perform routine cleaning and lubrication of the CNC machine to ensure optimal performance.
- Report any necessary repairs or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.

**Required Skills**:

- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in operating CNC machines, particularly VMCs
- Knowledge of CNC programming languages and ability to read and interpret CNC programs
- Understanding of machining principles and cutting tool selection
- **Mechanical Aptitude**:

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques
- **Other Skills**:

- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills

Pay: ₹9,046.08 - ₹25,435.97 per month
