**Job Description**:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in the ceramic industry. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and producing visually appealing and impactful designs for our ceramic products. Your designs will be integral in enhancing our brand identity, driving sales, and engaging our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:
**Design Development**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and create innovative design concepts for ceramic products.

**Branding and Identity**: Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for the company's ceramic products, ensuring that designs align with the brand's values and aesthetics.

**Print and Digital Collateral**: Design marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, packaging, and promotional materials, both for print and digital platforms.

**Product Visualization**: Create realistic and appealing product mockups and visualizations to showcase ceramic products to clients, partners, and customers.

**Surface Pattern Design**: Develop intricate and attractive surface patterns for ceramic products, taking into consideration color schemes, textures, and trends.

**Photography and Editing**: Collaborate with photographers to capture high-quality images of ceramic products, and edit images to ensure they are visually appealing and consistent with the brand.

**UI/UX Design (Optional)**: Contribute to the design of user interfaces and user experiences for digital platforms related to ceramic products, such as websites and mobile apps.

**Trend Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies in both graphic design and the ceramic industry.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a focus on product design or the decorative arts industry.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Ability to conceptualize and develop creative ideas that align with branding and marketing goals.

Knowledge of ceramic materials, manufacturing processes, and industry trends is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
