
Personal Secretary

A personal secretary to a managing director (MD) is responsible for managing the MD's day-to-day office tasks, including:
- **Calendar management**: Scheduling appointments and meetings, and ensuring the MD's schedule is not too busy
- **Document preparation**: Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
- **Travel arrangements**: Booking business travel and maintaining the MD's travel log
- **Meeting coordination**: Aligning the MD's schedule with other parties for meetings
- **Administrative tasks**: Updating spreadsheets, writing letters, and other standard administrative tasks
- **Confidentiality**: Ensuring that all confidential information is handled securely and not disclosed to unauthorized people
- **Record management**: Maintaining effective filing and data storage systems
- **Research**: Conducting research, collecting data, and preparing reports
- **Expense reports**: Preparing monthly expense reports
- **Visa corporate card**: Reconciling and pre-approving the MD's monthly Visa corporate card
Some other responsibilities of a personal secretary to an MD include:
- Liaising with internal and external inquiries
- Improving the efficiency of the sales back office
- Providing support for Board of Director meetings
- Providing cover for reception duties
- Inputting and updating contact details
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
