Essential Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

- Communicates and partners with product owners and business stakeholders to understand
- Maintains software including installations, configurations, updates and patches, user
authentication, management and provisioning.
- Monitors and troubleshoots capacity, performance and availability issues in the assigned
environment(s).
- related problem tickets, including assisting with root cause analysis. Partners with cross
- functional teams across IT to effectively resolve issues, including Service Desk L1 support and

Development team L3 support.
- Develops high-quality documentations related to the Application admin, functional, deployment
and training.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field (or four additional
years related work experience in lieu of bachelors).
Five years related work experience (i.e. storage/technical experience with concentrated knowledge in
one or more areas). (Angular, Node.JS, APGii and Flutter) Knowledge of the ITIL process framework
- Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Service Level Management.

**Salary**: ₹426,976.63 - ₹1,562,449.78 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Angular: 4 years (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Java: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka (required)

Ability to Relocate:
