We’re looking to leverage technology, making investing in Commercial Real Estate accessible to retail investors. We also aim to create a family office for the top 5 % of wealthy Indians who do not have access to alternative investment opportunities. The company is looking forward to phenomenal growth over the next few years, being backed by some great strategic investors. **Role Summary**: We are seeking an investment sales specialist with excellent communication skills to track and optimize our sales campaigns, across all channels. You would be the first point of contact for all sales and sales support activities at BHIVE Alts. Our ideal sales specialist would have in-depth knowledge and experience in Real Estate Sales (especially Commercial Real estate), strong negotiation skills and a stellar track record in closing deals. You will become an integral part of the Sales Team and would focus on providing all key details to the client, right from the first call to all the seasonal follow-ups. “First Impression Is The Best” and with that in mind, you should have primary focus on positioning BHIVE Alts as the Best investment option for our potential clients with utmost conviction. Prior startup experience and a good understanding of the Indian startup ecosystem are considered added bonuses. **Key Deliverables**: - Competency and capability to meet weekly and monthly deliverables - Be the single point of contact for customers of BHIVE Alts and ensure the USP of BHIVE Alts products are clearly communicated to the customers - Ownership of all the client deals that are allocated to you - Strategize and execute all sales campaigns with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings - Business Financing and Fractional Real Estate. - Work with VP and Senior Manager to design new initiatives in the process and improve the business - Engage with, manage, and handle all allocated client deals. Ensure efforts toward achieving optimum closures with reasonable turnaround time - HNI & Retail B2C sales - Address any concerns that customers or investors may have about the available investment products and the investing procedure - Manage the sales CRM and prepare all required reports and analytics - Performance of all sales campaigns should be measured, reported, and compared to objectives (ROI and KPIs) - Collaborate with the Pre-sales and CRM teams to ensure accurate and timely updates of the leads in CRM - Take responsibility for coordination, follow-ups on customer show around, and property visits - Coordination of the transaction’s papers and payments with the investor online (on a tech platform) or offline (if the investor requires) - Flexibility of work-timings is expected as you are in a customer-oriented profile **Key Competencies and skills**: - Excellent Communication - Financial Acumen - CRM familiarity/willingness to learn - Highly Energetic and convincing - Relentless in meeting sales targets - Self Driven and Target oriented - Result Oriented and Metric Driven - Highly Organized - Negotiation skills - Networking - Punctuality and maintaining the company’s integrity **Employee Benefits**: - BHIVE has a very strong benefits policy including an employee-friendly ESOP policy in place.
