Loading/warehousing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee loading and unloading operations

2. Optimize space utilization i trucks and storage areas

3. Verify shipment documents, packing lists and invoices before dispatch

4. Supervise receiving, storage and dispatch of goods

5. Ensure proper stacking, labeling and organization of warehouse goods

6. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits

7. Monitor and maintain warehouse safety equipment (fire extinguishers, first aid kits, emergency exits)

8. Investigate and report any accidents, safety violations or near miss incidents

9. Conduct regular safety audits and implement improvements

10. Identify bottlenecks in warehouse and loading operations and propose solutions

11. Maintain KPIs for warehouse productivity, dispatch accuracy and safety compliance

12. Train, mentor and supervise warehouse assistants, drivers and helpers

13. Work closely with the logistics, procurement and quality control teams

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
