**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with project teams to develop innovative design concepts that meet client requirements and project goals.

Produce detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details, using industry-standard software such as **AutoCAD, Revit, or Sketch Up**.

Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews to gather feedback and refine the design proposals.

Conduct research on materials, building systems, and construction techniques for informed decisions and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Assist in the preparation of project specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.

Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems into the design.

Contribute to the development of sustainability strategies and incorporate green building principles into project designs.

Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including project proposals, portfolios, and presentations, to showcase the firm's capabilities and attract new clients.

Stay informed about current trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture and design through ongoing professional development and networking opportunities.

Perform other duties as assigned to support the successful completion of projects and the overall operation of the firm.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or relevant field from an accredited institution.

2-3 years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably within a design firm or architectural studio.

Proficiency in architectural drafting and visualization software, such as **AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.**

Strong design sensibility and the ability to generate creative ideas that respond to project requirements and client preferences.

Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and project requirements.

Professional licensure or eligibility to pursue licensure is desirable but not required.
