Cold-calling, generating new leads and prospecting accounts
- Proactive communication with businesses to on-board them on E-commerce platforms in minimum time frame
- Ability to convince and impress sellers through effective communication and smart talk
- Demonstrates excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently
- Complete management of all online marketplace accounts
- Responsible for maintaining good account health, New listings, managing current listings, enhanced brand content and Rich cataloguing
- Responsible for the monthly sales targets, strong prior ecommerce experience is mandatory
- Command over creating new listing templates, familiar with excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables), good written and verbal skills
- Customer Relationship Management/ Post Sales
- Generate a sales pipeline and exceed monthly sales targets
- The Seller Support Associate demonstrates end to end ownership of every seller interaction coupled with proactive problem solving and provides exceptional support to sellers
- Demonstrates effective, clear and professional written and oral communication

**Infrastructure: Should have a laptop/desktop, a stable internet connection and a mobile phone.**

**Salary**: Up to ₹260,000.00 per year

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Experience**:

- E-commerce: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)
