We Are looking for a professional Database Administrator (DBA) who can keep the database up and running smoothly 24/7. The goal is to provide a seamless flow of information throughout the company, considering both backend data structure and frontend accessibility for end-users.

**Responsibilities of Database Administrator**
- Controlling, maintenance, coordinating, and operation of Database Management System.
- Designing and implementing databases in accordance to end users’ information needs and views.
- Build and develop queries, stores procedure, etc. that meets firm or organization needs.
- Network and Security: A DBA should be knowledgeable about network protocols, firewalls, and security policies to ensure that the database is secure from external threats.
- He/she should be familiar with Linux/Windows OS, Windows Servers.
- Microsoft SQL Server and SQL programming skills (SSIS), experience deploying on enterprise.
- RDBMS and OLAP data platforms.
- Makes the decision concerning the content of the database.
- Manage, maintain and upgrade the Database server when required.
- Plans the storage structure and access strategy.
- Monitor the performance and respond to the changes in the requirements.
- Regular status reporting and team handling.
- Proficient of Backup and restore of Database.
- Database migration.
- Should have good analytical and learning ability.

**Skills required for DBA**
- The skills required to be a successful DBA are as follows:

- Database designing.
- Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Know about distributed architecture.
- Knowledge on different operating servers.
- Knowledge on AWS and Shell Scripting would be added advantages.
- Knowledge in Python.
