c. Profile
- i. Self motivated, positive minded, aggressive, focused

ii. Communicating with enquiries

iii. Creating Data base

iv. Working on existing data base and converting it into business.

v. Maintaining steady growth in terms of collection / registrations/ enquiries

vi. Should be a good team manager and team worker capable of coordinating with team of faculty members and CAD Engineers.

vii. Maintaining good relations with students and keeping track of their on-going training and problems if any.

viii. Co-ordination with marketing team.

ix. Cash Management.

x. Should have impressive convincing skills.

xi. Computer friendly and capable of working on internet / facebook and other social media.

**d. **Compensation -**

i. Rs.9,000/- to Rs.12,000/- plus performance linked Incentive. (PERFORMANCE WILL BE THE SOLE CRITERIA FOR SALARY OR INCENTIVE.

**ii. **Performance linked incentive will be a must condition.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Walk-In

Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
