**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on international tourism, covering major travel destinations, itineraries, and package tours.

Teach the fundamentals and advanced concepts of international travel, including tour planning, itinerary customization, and destination management.

Provide detailed instruction on popular international tourism markets, cultural insights, and global tourism trends.

Create engaging and interactive training materials, such as presentations, travel case studies, and itineraries.

Assess learners' progress through evaluations, quizzes, and practical exercises.

Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in the global tourism industry.

Offer personalized support and mentorship to learners, helping them succeed in their studies and future careers.

Collaborate with the curriculum development team to continuously improve course content.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the tourism industry, with a strong focus on international destinations and package tours.

In-depth knowledge of global travel trends, cultural tourism, and itinerary planning.

Proven experience in teaching or training, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to simplify complex tourism-related concepts and convey them effectively to learners of various backgrounds.

Patient, approachable, and dedicated to helping learners succeed in their tourism careers.

Relevant certifications in travel and tourism management or a related field are a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and online teaching tools.
- Ability to provide practical insights and real-world examples to enhance learning.
