The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Master's / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or relavent field.
- Proven 3+ years of B2B and B2C sales experience/ leadership, sales position.
- Must known Languages for communication - Hindi,Malayalam,Kannada.
- Ensure and ascertain understanding of customer needs and monitor their preference solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solution.
- Determine and achieve the Sales target
- Monitor competitiors, economic indicators and industry trends.
- Provide on ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
- Analyze sales data,sales results and develop a plan to address performance gaps.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
