**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive Ayurvedic nutritional assessments for clients, considering their medical history, lifestyle, dietary preferences, and specific health goals.
- Develop customized Ayurvedic meal plans and provide detailed dietary recommendations based on individual needs, dosha imbalance, and current season to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate clients' progress regularly, adjusting meal plans as necessary to ensure compliance and achieve desired outcomes.
- Stay up to date with the latest research and industry trends in Ayurvedic nutrition and dietetics, integrating new findings into practice and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
- Provide education and counselling to clients on various aspects of Ayurvedic nutrition, including portion control, meal timing, food selection, and nutrient balance.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as Ayurvedic physicians, nurses, and therapists, to develop holistic treatment plans and provide interdisciplinary care.
- Conduct group workshops, seminars, and presentations on Ayurvedic nutrition-related topics to promote community awareness and education.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, including assessments, progress notes, and follow-up plans.
- Stay informed about relevant insurance and reimbursement policies, ensuring appropriate documentation and coding for billing purposes.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior dieticians and support their professional growth.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Ayurvedic Medicine, Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
- Registered Ayurvedic Dietitian (RAD) certification and state licensure, meeting all continuing education requirements.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Ayurvedic Dietician, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic nutrition science, dietary guidelines, and medical nutrition therapy.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing personalized Ayurvedic meal plans for individuals with diverse health conditions and goals, incorporating dosha-specific foods and cooking methods.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex Ayurvedic nutritional concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Proven ability to build rapport with clients and establish trust while maintaining confidentiality.
- Proficiency in using Ayurvedic nutrition assessment software, electronic health records (EHR), and other relevant tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Continuous commitment to professional development and staying updated with the latest research and advancements in the field of Ayurvedic nutrition and dietetics.

The Ayurvedic Dietician will work in a supportive and collaborative team environment. The job may require the Ayurvedic Dietician to work weekends, evenings, or holidays to accommodate client schedules. The Ayurvedic Dietician may also be required to attend training sessions, conferences, and workshops to keep abreast of developments in the field of Ayurvedic nutrition and dietetics.

**Salary**: ₹10,668.92 - ₹33,130.55 per month
