**Skills Required**:

- Must be well versed with creating Batch scripts and Powershell scripts
- Experience in working with Windows Command Line Utilities
- Well versed with Windows commonly used commands like Robocopy, xcopy etc
- Well versed with creating custom VB Script (VBS) files
- Knowledge of working with InnoScript Deployment Package Creation Tool and custom scripting
- Knowledge of File checksums and file encryption techniques
- Working knowledge of Windows Registry and ways to add/remove registry using custom batch commands and.reg files
- Knowledge of VPN Platforms like Checkpoint End Point, Secure Pulse, Akamai, etc is beneficial.
- Knowledge of 7-zip command-line utilities
- knowledge of WinSCP and Configuration of a custom FTP server for data upload and download.
- Must have good communication skills in English (written & oral)

**Key Responsibility**:

- Coordinate with client IT support for Auto2D deployment and maintenance
- Understand client system and networking constraints that impact the Vectra Products
- Monitor and support client PCs accessibility (VPN or GoToMyPC) and ensure that they are always online.
- Monitor Vectra remote PCs (Server net Systems) and ensure that they are always online.
- Deploy required CAD Packages, Windows Environment and other supporting software’s.
- Monitor data transfer to and from client PCs to Vectra Server
- Monitor data transfer back and forth from AWS ec2 instances
- Manage AWS HUB (ec2 instance) file system
- Monitor AWS server runs as part of client Auto2D using the custom Vectra dashboard
- AWS server maintenance.
- Raise issue tickets with various software vendors on behalf of Vectra
- Vectra in-house networking issues
- Manage Vectra G-Suite admin activities.
- Perform data backups to Vectra Server
- Manage and maintain Vectra G-Drive
