**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Position Summary**: The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for delivering training programs that enhance essential soft skills such as communication, interpersonal skills, and job readiness. This role also includes providing training on resume writing, as well as incorporating AI tools and techniques to improve learning outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interactive training sessions focused on improving communication skills, emotional intelligence, leadership qualities, and teamwork.
- Provide guidance on resume writing, including structure, language, and key content for job seekers.
- Introduce and guide the usage of AI-based tools to assist in career development, including resume builders, interview preparation tools, and career advice platforms.
- Develop training materials, exercises, and presentations that are engaging, informative, and actionable for participants.
- Continuously assess and monitor the progress of trainees to ensure effective skill development.
- Customize training sessions based on the participants’ needs and professional backgrounds.
- Conduct workshops on personal branding, interview techniques, and professional etiquette.
- Collaborate with the HR and management teams to ensure that training aligns with organizational goals.
- Provide feedback and reports on trainee progress, performance, and areas for improvement.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Capable of presenting complex information in a clear, engaging, and understandable manner.
- **Knowledge of Resume Writing**: Expertise in creating and reviewing resumes that effectively highlight skills, experience, and accomplishments.
- **AI Knowledge**: Familiarity with AI tools that enhance career development (such as AI-based resume writing tools, interview simulators, etc.) and a passion for integrating technology into training programs.
- **Training and Presentation Skills**: Ability to engage an audience, manage group dynamics, and deliver clear, impactful presentations.
- **Problem-Solving Abilities**: Capable of assessing training needs and adapting programs to meet the requirements of diverse learners.
- **Empathy and Interpersonal Skills**: Strong ability to connect with individuals, understand their challenges, and provide personalized support and guidance.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple training schedules, prepare resources in advance, and handle administrative tasks associated with training sessions.
- **Proven Experience**: Prior experience as a soft skills trainer, career coach, or in a related role is preferred.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- MBA Any
- Certifications in soft skills training or career coaching are a plus.

**Preferred Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in delivering training on soft skills, communication, or career development.
