**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Scan to BIM Project Management**:

- Lead and manage scan to BIM projects from inception to completion.
- Interpret and integrate point cloud data into BIM models.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of BIM models derived from point clouds.
- **Point Cloud Handling**:

- Process and manage point cloud data using relevant software (e.g., ReCap, Register 360).
- Perform quality checks on point cloud data and ensure proper alignment and registration.
- Optimize point cloud data for efficient use in BIM software.
- **BIM Modeling**:

- Create detailed and accurate BIM models based on point cloud data.
- Develop architectural, structural, and MEP models as required.
- Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Team Management**:

- Supervise and mentor a team of BIM modelers.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide technical guidance.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Facilitate coordination meetings to resolve clashes and ensure model accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- **Quality Assurance and Standards**:

- Develop and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits on BIM models.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- Utilize BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in BIM technology and software.
- Train team members on new tools and software as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM modeling, with a focus on scan to BIM projects.
- Proficiency in handling point cloud data and related software (e.g., ReCap, Faro Scene).
- Advanced knowledge of BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
