**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to meet company objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Assist in managing and maintaining the company's digital presence, including website updates, SEO optimization, and social media engagement.
- Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and conferences, including coordinating logistics, booth setup, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of sales and marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely and quality delivery of marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement tools and support their efforts with relevant marketing materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to suggest innovative marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 1 to 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
- Proven experience in executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and other web analytics tools.
- Creative mind set with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mind set with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.

**Salary**: ₹15,500.00 - ₹20,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
