**Job Description of Sales Representative**
**Responsibilities**
- Generating leads.
- Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Must be available for Morning and evening time for parents and student meetings in the fall and spring.
- Generate sales growth within schools, tuition classes and other potential market
- Deep understanding of needs and wants of schools, administrators, teachers, parents, and students, as well as competitors' strengths and weaknesses.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
**Education and Experience**:
- High School diploma or equivalent, College or University diploma preferred
- B.ed, D.ed BSW/MSW or equivalent degree
**Compensation and Benefits**:
- Compensation is commission-based with bonuses and contests to reward outstanding performance and sales
- Benefits package available
- Can earn upto 25000- 35000/Month

Contract length: 36 months
Part-time hours: 48 per week
**Salary**: Up to ₹35,351.17 per month
