**Job title**:Coordinator and Report Writer

**Location**:Mumbai

**Role purpose**:To coordinate with program stakeholders and document the reports as per the set timeline

**Key Responsibilities Deliverable Outcomes**

**Operations **-Liaison with program teams and create program reports ∙
Oversee the implementations of the program and report on the challenges and opportunities
- Track daily operations and milestones of all program functions ∙ Documented and visual reports as per the set timelines
- Track and meet the reporting timelines
- Should be organised and be able to segregate and prioritise the work as per deadlines
- Should be good with Microsoft Office
- Should maintain a good rapport with the program stakeholders and get the work done.

**Person specification**

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Development
Studies, or a related field.

**Prior Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in project management and report writing, preferably in the field of education or inclusive development.
- Experience working with government bodies, NGOs, and diverse stakeholders.

**Working Hours **-10 am - 6 pm / Mon-Fri

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- M/E: 3 years (preferred)
- Fundraising: 1 year (preferred)
