**Experience**:
10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a lead role.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide technical leadership, guiding the team in best practices and coding standards.
Mentor and guide mid-level engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver solutions.
Design and implement database schemas and queries for efficient data management.
Conduct code reviews and ensure high code quality.

**Required Skills**:
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
Extensive experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js.
Solid understanding of database concepts and experience with relational or NoSQL databases.
Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Preferred Skills:
Experience leading a small team of Software Engineers.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
