**Profile: General Ledger**

**Location: Pune**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborating with internal departments to gather, analyze and interpret relevant financial information.
- To ensure that team members are entering financial data such as bank charges, accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and interdepartmental entries into the ledger on a monthly basis, as well as preparing reports.
- Performing account analysis to ensure that journal entries and general ledger balances are correct.
- Reviewing that team members are completing bank reconciliations on a weekly basis and monthly basis.
- Review Intercompany Accounting done by the team members.
- Review Balance sheet reconciliation
- To ensure that records are kept up to date.
- To ensure that financial information complies with professional and regulatory standards.
- Keeping abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in accounting

**Technical and Behavioral Competencies**:

- In-depth knowledge of accounting concepts, accounting standards and regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Efficient time-management
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Willingness to work in UK shifts.
- Ability to work under pressure.

**Specific Qualifications Required**:
**- Chartered Accountant**

**Experience**:

- Fresher

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- UK shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
