**Job Title**: Architect
**Experience**: 8-9 Years (Metro/Railway station experience mandatory)
**Location**: 702,B-wing, Great eastern Summit, sector-15, CBD Belapur

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead design and execution for metro/railway infrastructure projects
- Prepare working drawings, tender documents, and DPRs
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, PMC, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with codes (NBC, local bye-laws)
- Conduct site visits and manage project timelines

**Mandatory Experience**:

- Minimum **5 years** of direct experience in **metro and railway station design**:

- Strong knowledge of infrastructure detailing, circulation planning, and passenger movement analysis
- Familiarity with project stages including **preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs)**, coordination with MEP consultants, and working with **government bodies (MMRDA, DMRC, NCRTC, BMC, etc.)**

**Skills Required**:

- Proficient in **AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office**:

- Strong communication & project management skills
- Experience with approvals and liaison work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
