Content Writer

**Position Overview**

The Content Writer will create clear, engaging, and educational content to support the school’s communication, marketing, and branding efforts. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented professional who can craft compelling stories, newsletters, blog posts, and promotional materials tailored to the education sector.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Write and edit original content for newsletters, blogs, social media, brochures, and website pages.
- Research educational topics and school activities to create informative and relevant content.
- Conduct interviews with staff, students, and parents to gather stories and insights.
- Proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create multimedia content.
- Optimize content for SEO to increase online visibility and engagement.
- Maintain and manage the content calendar to meet deadlines.
- Ensure all content aligns with the school’s brand voice and messaging guidelines.
- Monitor content performance metrics and recommend improvements.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of professional writing experience, preferably in the education sector.
- Proven ability to write engaging and clear content for diverse audiences.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research and interviewing abilities.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and basic SEO principles.
- Detail-oriented with strong editing and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
