- **Job Title -**Formulation Scientist - Nutraceuticals
- **Location -** Mohali but can be Flexible as per project
- **Job Type -** Full-time or Freelance Consultant based on the project

**Position Overview -**

**Key Responsibilities -**

**1. Formulation Development**
- Design, develop, and optimize nutraceutical formulations based on scientific principles and client requirements.
- Utilize expertise in formulation science to create stable, effective, and scalable products.

**2. Experimentation & Analysis**
- Conduct laboratory experiments to test and refine formulations, ensuring efficacy, safety, and stability.
- Analyze data to identify trends and improvements in product formulation.

**3. Regulatory Compliance**
- Ensure that all formulations meet regulatory requirements and industry standards (FDA, FSSAI, etc.).
- Prepare and manage documentation required for regulatory submissions and audits.

**4. Ingredient Sourcing**
- Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality raw materials and ingredients.
- Maintain thorough technical documentation on ingredient specifications, safety data sheets (SDS), and other relevant materials.

**5. Industry Collaboration**
- Work with internal teams and external consultants to translate scientific insights into commercial nutraceutical products.
- Showcase prior experience in nutraceutical or AYUSH-based companies to support the development of natural health products.

**6. Consultancy/Freelance Options**
- Open to working with us on a project basis, either as a full-time team member or as a freelance formulation consultant/agency.

**Qualifications -**
- **PhD or MS in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related discipline**.
- **3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation, with a strong emphasis on nutraceuticals or natural health products.**:

- Proven ability to conduct scientific experiments, analyze results, and optimize formulations.
- Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Experience with ingredient sourcing and technical documentation.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
