**Role Overview**:
Location: Borivali

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and qualify leads through research, cold calling, and inbound inquiries.
- Maintain a database of potential clients in CRM systems.
- **Client Communication**:

- Present product features and benefits to prospects, tailoring pitches to their needs.
- **Sales Conversion**:

- Follow up on leads and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to secure profitable deals.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and nurture relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Handle client objections and provide effective solutions.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work with the marketing team to align efforts and track campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
- **Reporting and Analytics**:

- Track sales activities and progress using CRM tools.
- Prepare sales reports to analyze performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the product development team for enhancements.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years in sales or customer-facing roles preferred.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Sales Techniques**: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- **Tech Savvy**: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic MS Office tools.
- **Self-Motivation**: Ability to work independently and meet sales targets consistently.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
