Should be able to independently work on various process deliverables.

**Key Skills Required**:
1. Prepare Process Datasheets of Process equipment like pumps, storage tanks, Reactors, vessels, columns, Heat Exchangers.
- 2. Prepare process flow diagram for process based on recipe from client.
- 3. Prepare Piping & Instrumentation diagram based on Process Flow diagram.
- 4. Prepare Instrument Process Data sheets
- 5. Prepare various types of Lists such as Equipment list, Line List, Electrical Load list etc.
- 6. Perform utility demand calculations.
- 7. Prepare various types of summary such as utility summary, Effluent summary, flare load summary etc.
- 8. Perform hydraulic calculations for line sizing, Pump head.
- 9. Perform heat exchanger design calculations using HTRI.

**Preferred skills in software**:
1. Operating knowledge of HTRI and interpretation of outputs from HTRI
- 2. Operating knowledge of AFT Fathom.
- 3. Operating knowledge in AFT impulse
- 4. Operating knowledge of Aveva P&ID.
