**Job Summary**:
The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for managing and coordinating nursing services in a healthcare facility, ensuring patient care is delivered efficiently and safely, and supervising nursing staff.
**SHIFT: GENERAL SHIFT - 8 HOURS DUTY**
**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing (B.Sc or M.Sc Nursing) or equivalent.
- Certification in Nursing Administration or related healthcare management fields may be preferred.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in nursing, with at least 2-5 years in a leadership or supervisory role in a healthcare facility.
- **Skills**:
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, healthcare laws, and regulations.
- Ability to manage budgets, staff schedules, and resources effectively.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
Pay: ₹30,806.97 - ₹40,907.57 per month
