_**"WE ARE ONLY LOOKING FOR LOCAL CANDIDATE THAT CAN COME TO OFFICE AND WE ARE NOT AN IT COMPANY BUT FOOD BRAND "**_ **Key Responsibilities**: **Social Media Management**: - Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. - Manage day-to-day activities across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). - Create, schedule, and post high-quality content, including images, videos, and graphics, tailored to the brand's aesthetics and messaging. - Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally. - Stay updated on social media trends and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition. **SEO Optimization**: - Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for driving organic traffic. - Optimize website content, meta tags, and headers for SEO best practices. - Collaborate with content writers to produce SEO-friendly articles, blogs, and landing pages. - Perform regular website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues. - Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine SEO strategies. **Analytics & Reporting**: - Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media and SEO campaigns. - Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. - Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations. **Collaboration**: - Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align campaigns with brand messaging. - Collaborate with influencers and partners to amplify reach and impact. - Coordinate with developers and designers for technical and creative requirements. **Required Qualifications & Skills**: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - Proven experience in managing social media platforms and SEO strategies. - Strong understanding of social media algorithms, SEO principles, and content marketing. - Proficiency in tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs. - Exceptional communication and writing skills. - Creativity and an eye for detail. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications**: - Experience in the food, health, or wellness industry. - Knowledge of traditional Indian culture, Ayurveda, and sustainable living. - Familiarity with paid social media advertising and PPC campaigns. **Why Join Us?** - Be part of a growing brand rooted in tradition and purity. - Opportunity to shape the online presence of a premium product line. - A collaborative and innovative work environment with growth opportunities. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹11,245.16 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: - Yearly bonus **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Social media marketing: 2 years (preferred) - total work: 2 years (preferred) License/Certification: - Digital marketing (preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 30/11/2024 Expected Start Date: 01/12/2024
