Electrical Technician

Job Description:
Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar panel systems and other solar-based renewable energy projects.

Perform electrical work such as wiring, troubleshooting, and diagnostics on solar PV systems.

Ensure solar energy systems are operating efficiently and safely.

Provide technical support and customer service to clients with solar-based projects.

Stay up-to-date with the latest solar energy technologies, techniques, and industry standards.

Collaborate with solar project managers, installers, and other team members to deliver successful solar energy solutions.

Maintain detailed records and documentation related to solar system installations and servicing.

Adhere to all relevant safety protocols and local/national electrical codes.

Participate in continuing education and training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.

Required Qualifications:
Formal training or certification in electrical/renewable energy systems

2+ years of hands-on experience as an electrical technician in the solar energy industry

Strong working knowledge of solar PV system design, installation, and troubleshooting

Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints

Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills

Customer service oriented with good communication abilities

Willingness to work on-site and in various weather conditions

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
