**Skills**:
1. Rental Fleet Management: You will be responsible for managing the fleet of rental vehicles, which includes vendor management, new vendor onboarding, vendor support. This involves monitoring vehicle availability and ensuring the fleet is properly registered.

2. Reservation and Rental Process: You will oversee the reservation and rental process, ensuring smooth operations from booking to return. This includes managing the reservation system, coordinating vehicle pick-up and drop-off, and handling customer inquiries and concerns.

3. Staff Management: You will lead and manage a team of rental agents, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to deliver exceptional customer service. This involves scheduling shifts, providing guidance on sales techniques, and conducting performance evaluations.

4. Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service is crucial. You will ensure that customers receive a positive rental experience, resolving any issues or complaints that arise promptly. This may involve handling difficult situations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

5. Reporting and Analysis: You will prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as revenue, utilization rates, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Analyzing these reports will help identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance.

To excel in this role, you should have strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and a customer-centric mindset. Additionally, knowledge of the car rental industry and a problem-solving approach will contribute to your success

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
