Core Responsibilities:
- Responsible for executing projects involving macro / micro space design, planning and execution.
- Creates store / planogram specific visual space plans that illustrate layout and flow of merchandising / product categories by leveraging data and business context.
- Maintain global partnership for seamless exchange of knowledge and context.
- Knowledge Management - Acquire, document and retain category/business context and execution guidelines.
- Work in a team environment with focus on achieving team goals vs individual goals

**III. Years of Experience**
- 2-4 years of Retail Experience

**IV. Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)**
Required Minimum Qualifications:
- MBA in Retail / Operations Management - 1+ year experience

**V. Skill Set Required**
Primary Skills (must have)- Understanding of Retail Industry (local or global)
- Strong communication skills - ability to comprehend, articulate and seamlessly communicate locally and globally
- Problem Solving - ability to leverage data, information and visuals to solve business and execution challenges. Identify ways of improving process
- JDA - Space Planning

**Secondary Skills (desired)**
- Understanding of Project Management practices
