- **Job Summary**:
The Factory Nurse is responsible for promoting and maintaining the health and well-being of all employees in a manufacturing or industrial setting. This includes administering first aid, responding to workplace injuries and illnesses, coordinating health and wellness programs, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide immediate medical attention and first aid to employees in case of accidents or illness.
- Assess and record the health conditions of employees through regular check-ups.
- Maintain and update employee medical records and reports.
- Monitor and manage workplace health and safety hazards.
- Coordinate with management and external healthcare providers regarding employee medical issues.
- Implement and promote health and wellness programs (e.g. vaccination drives, health education).
- Ensure compliance with occupational health standards and company policies.
- Monitor stock levels and expiration dates of medical supplies and replenish as needed.
- Conduct health orientations for new hires and periodic health seminars for employees.
- Participate in safety drills and emergency response planning.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
