**About the Role**:
We are looking for an energetic and socially driven Field Executive to lead student mobilization efforts for a government-supported project. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in community engagement and has a genuine passion for educational upliftment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outreach activities to identify and encourage student participation
- Communicate project benefits clearly and persuasively to students and families
- Build strong relationships within local communities and educational institutions
- Maintain accurate records of mobilization efforts and student data
- Represent the organization with professionalism and social responsibility
- Provide regular field insights and feedback to the project team
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent at building trust and convincing diverse audiences
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct
- Familiar with local areas and community dynamics
- Friendly, approachable, and socially conscious personality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:
