**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop brand identities from the ground up, including logo design, color palettes, typography, and iconography.
- Create comprehensive brand guideline documents that outline usage rules and design systems.
- Collaborate with brand strategists, marketing teams, and clients to translate brand positioning into visual concepts.
- Design assets across digital and print platforms (social media, packaging, websites, presentations, etc.).
- Revamp existing brands with modernized design systems and identity updates.
- Present creative work and rationale to internal teams and clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Brand Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding work, particularly logo and identity design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, or similar.
- Excellent sense of typography, layout, color, and composition.
- Understanding of design principles and brand storytelling.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain design choices.
- Attention to detail, time management, and a collaborative mindset.

**Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)**:

- Motion design and animation (e.g., logo animations).
- Illustration or custom icon creation.
- Familiarity with printing processes and packaging design.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
