**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
- Create engaging and high-quality content, including text, images, and videos, that aligns with the organization's brand and messaging.
- Manage and grow our social media presence, increasing followers and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Run targeted social media advertising campaigns to reach specific audiences and achieve campaign goals.
- Engage with followers through comments, direct messages, and live sessions, building strong relationships with our online community.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Assist in the development of online fundraising campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in social media management for an **NGO** or non-profit organization.
- Proven track record of success in managing and growing social media channels.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and innovative with a passion for storytelling.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (a plus).
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Represent the organization professionally and ethically on all social media platforms.
