Client Servicing Executive

We are on the lookout for a highly competent, inspired client servicing superstar with 0-2 years of experience. Come work with some of the best and newest brands in the industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for managing key client accounts taking ownership of the deliverables whilst following client delivery processes through interaction with clients, creative team and vendors
- Responsible for client coordination and quality control of projects like campaigns and other content creation assets as per agreed timelines
- Receive client briefings and analyze the input of the client together with background knowledge, research, field feedback etc
- Need to write compelling marketing and promotional copy/content for a wide variety of products and services based on the client’s briefs
- Type and share quotations and invoices with clients.
- Increasing customer engagement through social media.
- Creating a social media content calendar on a monthly basis
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook etc)
- Need to make good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and word.
**Requirements**:
- Patience to manage demanding clients and appease your teammates after all
- A clear head and communication to avoid misunderstanding between clients and the teams
- Know the project in and out from planning to process to progress
- Maintain reports for better project management
- A gift of the gab to dazzle people with your communication
- A problem-solving attitude in face of challenges and difficulties
- An understanding of business and markets
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
