**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Device a training plan to train the students on Aptitude (Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, etc..) to crack IT fresher roles.
- Design and deliver content, PPTs, practice assessments, and Mock Tests.
- Deliver video lectures. Share your industry experience with learners.
- Take complete ownership of the successful completion of all the training modules.
- Good grasp of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning data interpretation, and all related topics to crack IT Fresher Interviews

**Skills**
- Prior experience of 2+years in aptitude training (1-year experience can be considered depending on skill set)
- Working in top product companies or training institutes in the relevant field
- High empathy and a natural storyteller.
- Eloquent with English
- Good communication skills.
- Native fluency in Telugu is a big plus

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
