**Mvctech Labs** is seeking a skilled and motivated **Online Bidder** to join our team. As an Online Bidder, you will be responsible for generating business opportunities by identifying and bidding on relevant projects through various online platforms and channels. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential projects and business opportunities through online platforms such as **Upwork, Freelancer, and other relevant channels.**:

- Review project requirements and collaborate with the technical team to prepare comprehensive proposals and bids.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable contracts.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to inform bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to attract new clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Online Bidder or similar role in the IT industry with (1-3) Year experience.
- Strong understanding of online bidding platforms and processes (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into compelling proposals.
- Solid organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

**Salary:

- 20,000-30,000 per month**

Schedule:

- Day shift
