We are looking for a passionate and driven **Education Counsellor** to guide students seeking admission into MBBS programs abroad. The role involves student counselling, admission support, and continuous follow-up to ensure a smooth transition from enquiry to enrolment in foreign medical universities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to students and parents regarding MBBS programs abroad (Russia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Philippines, etc.)
- Assess students’ academic background and career aspirations to recommend suitable universities.
- Coordinate with international university representatives for admissions and updates.
- Participate in seminars, webinars, and student fairs as a representative of the organization.
- Maintain and update student records in the CRM system.
- Achieve individual and team targets for student enrolments.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline; preference for education, counseling, or healthcare-related fields).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of student visa procedures is a plus.
- Knowledge of international MBBS programs is an advantage (training will be provided).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
