**Responsibilities**
- Good English communication skills
- Providing proactive customer outreach
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- strong phone call contact handling skills and active listening
- Manage incoming/Outgoing phone calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer Orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different type of character
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Panchkula, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
