**The Role**:
The WordPress QA Tester will be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues related to our products and services. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities to ensure customer satisfaction.

- 5 days (Sat & Sun are fixed off)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough testing of WordPress websites, including functionality, usability, and performance across various devices and browsers.
- Provide timely support to development and design teams by diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to WordPress themes, plugins, and site functionality.
- Accurately document testing processes, findings, and resolutions in the quality assurance tracking system.
- Collaborate with developers to escalate complex issues and ensure efficient resolution while maintaining clear communication.
- Collect and analyze user feedback and recurring issues to contribute to product improvements and enhance overall user experience.
- Assist in creating and updating QA documentation, including test cases and user guides for both team members and clients.
- Stay informed about the latest WordPress development trends, plugin best practices, and industry standards to enhance testing processes.
