E-commerce Executive

**Job Objective**:
The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing the e commerce strategy for the company. The role involves managing online sales platforms, digital marketing, customer experience, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive e-commerce growth.

**Responsibilities**:
1. E-commerce Strategy
- Develop and execute the company's e-commerce strategy, aligned with overall business goals.
- Identify and evaluate new e-commerce opportunities and partnerships.
- Oversee the management of the company's presence on various e-commerce platforms.
- Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to drive sales.

2. Digital Marketing
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns.
- Utilize SEO, SEM, and social media strategies to increase online visibility and drive traffic.

3. Customer Experience
- Ensure a seamless and positive online shopping experience for customers.
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews, addressing issues promptly.

4. Sales Analysis
- Analyze e-commerce sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for management on e-commerce performance.

5. Inventory Management
- Coordinate with supply chain and inventory teams to optimize stock levels for online sales.
- Implement strategies to minimize stock outs and excess inventory.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in e-commerce management within the FMCG sector.

- Team management and leadership.
- Analytical skills for interpreting e-commerce sales data
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and trends.
- Digital marketing expertise, including SEO, SEM, and social media
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
