**3D VISUALIZER**

**Key Responsibilities**:
2. The key responsibilities include visualizing and sketching design plans as per client, sourcing products and materials, determining costs and inspecting construction to ensure design specifications are met.

3. Ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously. You will work closely with Design team, Marketing team and Installation team in order to deliver to Clients.

4. Innovate and enhance visualization workflows, quality, and efficiency.

5. Manage and forecast projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met, while planning appropriate resources.

6. Experienced in 3D visualization, showcasing expertise in static images, animations, walkthroughs, and VR experiences.

7. You will work with designers to understand the design intent to create 3D visuals for a range of interior projects. Expertise in Wardrobe, modular kitchen is must.

8. Using 3D modelling, texture, mapping, and other techniques to create graphics and rendered artworks.

9. Collaborating with the architecture department to read plans and visualize them in a 3D format.

10. Understanding Client's requirement (design taste and site challenges), fundamentals of design (Colour theory, Lighting, Shape, Composition etc.)

11. Develop high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and animations for a variety of projects including architectural designs, interior spaces and commercial construction.

12. Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visual representations.

13. Create detailed models using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, and others.

15. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in 3D visualization and incorporate them into your work to maintain high standards and innovation.

16. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and work is delivered to the highest quality.

**Lighting**:Set up appropriate lighting to enhance the mood and realism of the scene & perform test renders to check for consistency and realism. Rendering & Post-Production Phase

**Rendering**:Execute rendering with the agreed-upon settings, Save raw renders with proper version control.

**Quality Control Checkpoints**:Check modeling accuracy against reference material, validate texture resolutions and alignment, confirm lighting setup creates the desired atmosphere, ensure final renders meet resolution and quality standards.

Ø Outline client design objectives.

Ø Conceptualize and sketch design plans.

Ø Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase.

Ø Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project.

Ø Source materials and products included in plans.

Ø Create mood boards to sample your design vision.

Ø Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.

Ø Site Visits to Be Done for The Pre Order Checks and For the Design Discussions.

Ø Design Meetings & Client Interaction for The Order Closure
