Eloquence Program Teacher Job Description

**Position: Eloquence Program Teacher**

**Job Summary**:
The Eloquence Program Teacher is responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering a comprehensive curriculum focused on enhancing students' communication, public speaking, and eloquence skills. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, fostering a supportive learning environment, and equipping students with the confidence and abilities to express themselves effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Curriculum Development:

- Design a structured and progressive curriculum that covers various aspects of communication, including public speaking, debating, persuasive writing, and critical thinking.
- Develop lesson plans that cater to different age groups, skill levels, and learning styles, integrating relevant resources, activities, and assessments.

Instruction and Facilitation:

- Deliver dynamic and interactive lessons that encourage active participation and skill development.
- Teach students techniques for effective communication, such as voice modulation, body language, and storytelling.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to express themselves.

Skill Enhancement:

- Provide individualized coaching and feedback to help students improve their communication skills.
- Organize practice sessions, debates, mock presentations, and other activities to help students refine their eloquence skills.

Student Assessment:

- Evaluate students' progress through assignments, presentations, quizzes, and other assessment methods.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students identify strengths and areas for improvement.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Maintain open and regular communication with students, parents, and school administrators regarding program objectives, progress, and upcoming events.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate eloquence skills into broader educational initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, English, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
- Prior experience in teaching, public speaking, or coaching in a similar capacity.
- Strong command of language, excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Passion for fostering students' confidence and communication abilities.
- Creativity in designing engaging and interactive lesson plans.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and motivate students to improve.
- Proficiency in using technology and multimedia tools for teaching.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: ₹9,607.56 - ₹31,840.18 per month
