**As a GRN Executive in the warehouse, your primary responsibility is to oversee the goods receipt note process and ensure the accurate and timely recording of incoming goods. Your role is crucial in maintaining inventory accuracy and facilitating smooth operations within the warehouse.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Goods Receipt Note Processing: Receive and process incoming goods, verifying the quantity, quality, and specifications against purchase orders or delivery notes. Accurately record and update the inventory management system with relevant information.**

**Quality Control: Inspect received goods for any damage, discrepancies, or non-conformities. Communicate and collaborate with suppliers, procurement, and quality assurance teams to resolve any issues and initiate returns or replacements if necessary.**

**Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain proper documentation of all received goods, including invoices, packing lists, and quality control reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.**

**Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory control team to reconcile physical stock with system records. Identify and report any discrepancies, stock shortages, or overages to the appropriate personnel.**

**Coordination and Communication: Liaise with internal departments, such as procurement, production, and logistics, to facilitate the smooth flow of goods. Communicate effectively with suppliers, transporters, and other external stakeholders to schedule deliveries and resolve any issues related to the goods receipt process.**

**Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity in the goods receipt note process.**

**Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures while handling goods and operating within the warehouse environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents to the relevant personnel.**

- **Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.**:

- **Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.**

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
