Job Description 1. Planning for daily Inwards/ Outwards of FG 2. Ensure All materials is received/ dispatched as per documents. 3. Responsible for proper documentation/ DSR/ Reports 4. Responsible to maintain the norms of GMP. 5. Submission of Daily MIS for Unit - 03 to SCM. 6. Responsible for inter departmental communication
- regarding, quality, maintenance, HR issues. 7. Providing feedback to SCM for any problem, availability of FG and other store related issues. 8. Responsible for overall discipline at Store unit -3. 9. Responsible for preparation of Audits. 10. Ensure 100 % Audit Compliance of warehouse. 11. Receive Vehicles and fill pre checklist confirming vehicle for dispatch. 12. Generation of Accurate Pick list for al dispatch 13. Responsible for Daily Stock report, Purchase Report. 14. Coordinates with IT team / Accounts team for any SAP issue. **Good working knowledge of SAP**
