Job Title: US Voice Process - International Travel Sales Consultant

**Job Description**:
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our US Voice Process team as International Travel Sales Consultants. If you have a passion for sales, a flair for customer service, and excellent communication skills, this role offers an exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide travel-related information, booking assistance, and customer support to clients in the United States.
- Understand and meet sales targets by offering tailored travel solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends, airline policies, and travel regulations to provide accurate information.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 6 months of sales experience, preferably in a BPO or travel-related industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work night shifts as per US time zones.
- Strong sales acumen and the ability to persuade and close deals effectively.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Knowledge of international travel destinations, airlines, and booking platforms is a plus.

Salary and Incentives:

- Fixed Salary: Up to 20,000 INR
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives to maximize earnings.
